How to unhide rows in Google Sheets.

Method – 1 Unhide All Rows.

Step – 1 Select all the rows 

  • Select all the rows by pressing CTRL+A (if there are many rows) or by manual selection (if there are lesser rows)
  • Right-click anywhere on the row headers to reveal the Context Menu.
  • Locate the Unhide Rows option in the context menu.

Step – 2 Unhide the rows.

  • Click on the Unhide Rows command or press Ctrl + Shift + 9.
  • This will unhide the rows.

Method – 2 Unhide Specific rows

Step – 1 Select the row

  • Select the row you want to unhide by clicking on the grey box on the top left corner of the sheet.
  • In the row header you will see arrows.

Step – 2 Unhide the row.

  • Now either click the up-facing or down-facing arrow in the row header of those rows, which you need to unhide.
  • This will unhide the row of your choice as shown above.
