Method 1 : Use the Repeat Command

Step 1 – Enable the Quick Access Toolbar

To enable the Quick Access Toolbar, click on the List arrow Ribbon Display Options, the arrow on the right side of the Home Tab Ribbon.A drop-down menu will appear.
Click on the Show Quick Access Toolbar option in that drop-down menu.

Step 2 – Add the Repeat Command

Add the Repeat Command in the Quick Access Toolbar by clicking on the List arrow Customize Quick Access Toolbar.
Click on the More Commands option in the drop-down menu.Excel Options dialog box will open.
Click on Quick Access Toolbar in the menu on the left of the dialog box.
Scroll down and select the Repeat command,click on the Add button.
