Combining your entire name in Excel is confusing as a beginner. The focus of this article is to use the CONCATENATE command to combine the first and last name.
Step 1 – Click on an empty cell

Clicking on the empty cell will give the user to use the formula bar.
Step 2 – In the formula bar use the CONCATENATE function and press Enter

The concatenate command will combine whatever text is added into it. In this case, there 3 which is cell A2, a space, and cell B2. The space is important to have a separation between the first and the last name.
Step 3 – Press Enter

Pressing Enter will give the result of the formula.
