How to highlight a column in Excel

When doing reporting, it is always essential to show the most important parts of the data. It can be done through graphs, or when showing tables, highlighting the results.
Step 1 – Click on a column that you want to be highlighted.

This example, column F will be selected as the designated column to be highlighted.
Step 2 – Click on the Fill Color button, and choose you desired color.

In Excel, the user is given several options to choose from.
Step 3 – Once you found your preferred color, press click.

In this case, green was chosen as the highlighted color.
