How to edit comment in Excel
In this tutorial, we will learn how to edit the comment in excel. In our dataset shown above, we have a list of student names along with their marks in different subjects. Additionally, there are comments labelled as “fail” for students who did not pass some subjects. However, we want to modify these comments to include the number of subjects in which the student failed. To achieve this, we can use the Edit Comment feature in Excel. The following steps will guide you through the process of utilizing this feature.

Step 1 – Click on the Show Comments option
– Click on the Show Comments in the Comments group of the Review tab and all the comments will be shown on the right side of the sheet
Step 2 – Click on the Edit Comment option
– In the comment box at the right of the sheet click on the Edit Comment option
Step 3 – Edit the Comment
– After Clicking the Edit comment option Edit the comment
Step 4 – Click on the Post Comment option
– After editing the comment Click on the Post Comment option to get the required result
