How to delete duplicates in Excel but keep one

To do this yourself, please follow the steps described below;

Step1 – Excel sheet with multiple values

– Open the desired Excel workbook containing a multiple duplicate values which need to be deleted

Step 2 – Remove duplicates option

– Now select any cell in this column and then under the “Data” option in the menu bar click on “remove duplicates” as shown in the image above. A dialogue box will appear, click on “OK”.

Step 3 – Rows deleted

– We can see that all the duplicate values have been removed, keeping one.
