Step 1 – Excel sheet with some random numbers
– Open the desired Excel workbook containing some random numbers maybe spaced out in a column
Step 2 – Writing the formula
– Now go to a cell in another column and then type “=COUNTS(“ and now go to the column containing the numbers and press “CTRL + SPACEBAR” on your keyboard and then hit Enter.
Step 3 – Numbers counted
– We can see the total numbers present as shown in the image above.
