Step 1 – Excel sheet with a column filled with formatting

– Open the desired Excel workbook containing a column with formatting applied

Step 2 – Clear formats option

– Now select the cells which are having the formatting and then under the Home option in the menu bar, go to “Clear”, and then select the “Clear Formats” option.
