How to add spaces in Excel

Excel offers a very interesting way to add spaces. We can cater to this problem statement by using the “&” “&” operators. We can perform the below mentioned way to add spaces in excel:

To do this yourself, please follow the steps described below;
Step 1 – Excel workbook with at least 3 cells with text

– Open the desired Excel workbook containing at least 3 cells with text
Step 2 – Using the operators

– Now click inside the cell where you want to add a blank space and reference to the first cell and then type &” “& followed by the next cell containing the text. Continue this till all the cells have been added, and then hit Enter.
Step 3 – Spaces added

– We can see that now multiple spaces have been added between the words as shown in the image above.
