How to copy cells in Google Sheets

Copying data is an operation that you will frequently perform when working with Google Sheets. You may need to copy cells to duplicate them or to move them to a new location.
Step 1 – Select the cells
– Select the cells to be copied
Step 2 – Copy the cells
– Copy the cells by pressing Ctrl+C
OR
– Right-click and select Copy from the context menu
OR
– Go to Edit > Copy
Step 3 – Paste the cells
– Select the destination for the copied cells
– Paste the cells by pressing Ctrl+V
OR
– Right-click and select Paste from the context menu
OR
– Go to Edit > Paste
Step 4 – Check the result
– The cells are copied to the new location
